Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
